Geo Pin Your 3d Models Into The Real World
Geo Pinning your 3D model into the real world is super easy, here is how:
Tap To Play:
1. Walk with your phone or device to the spot where you want to geo pin your 3D model.
2. Open the AR Geo Pin App and from the home screen press the Geo Pin world Icon.
3. Scroll to the 3D model you want to Geo Pin press the tick Icon.
4. Your camera will turn on, wait until the model has loaded to 100% and close the info box.
5. Move your camera around on a flat surface until dots appear, then tap once to place the 3D object. Scale and rotate and move up and down as needed (flying models may need to be airborne, use the up and down arrows on the right to help with this.)
6. Click the ‘Place Now’ Button. (Pro tip, your models location will be taken from your phone, so walk into the centre of your model.) Give the placement a title and tick the boxes that apply to you then click the Place button.
7. Back away from the model and take a picture of your placement and wait for the image to be uploaded to the servers. If you want a video, click the video button once you are prompted. (Pro Tip: if you are not on wifi or 5g, shoot the video, but do not add it to your Geo Pin. You can add it later once you are on a strong connection.)
8. Press the feed button either at the top of the screen or from the home screen and you will see your new Geo Pin in the list, waiting for its much deserved love and comments!
