Import A Free 3D Model To Use In AR Geo Pin
Sketchfab has thousands of free 3D models that we can download and Geo Pin into the real world. Our AR Geo Pin app has a Sketchfab Browser build directly into it for you to use. The only caveat is that you must have a Sketchfab account (which is free to make, takes less than a minute) and you must be logged into Sketchfav in the AR Geo Pin App (worry not, we will ask you for your login details when they are needed.)

So assuming you have nipped off and made your account – lets get browsing the good stuff!
1. From the home screen click the Create Icon.
2. From the Creative Options page click the Large ‘Sketchfab, Import Creation’ button (in the centre near the top.)
3. Input a search keyword for the kind of model you are looking for (don’t forget to click the search icon next to the search bar.)
4. Once you have found an interesting model, you can spawn it in AR so you can check it out by tapping the Eye icon, and you can tap the Import Model Icon to download it.
5. Tap the import model icon, give the creation a name and tap the Add button.
6. Once the model is imported, it will appear in “Your Creations” list and is ready to be Geo Pinned in the real world.
7. It is always best practice to edit your filters for your model (left most icon) Adult filter is on by default and may need removing if not needed. Assigning the correct filters on your creations ensures that everyone get to see exactly what they want to see in their feed and in the real world.
